We have had my wife's Excursion serviced at Joe Cotton since we purchased it from your dealership and of course my wife is the one that brings it in when needed. The service has always been very good and the advisors are helpful and friendly. However, on this particular visit my wife was raving about her experience working with a new advisor that she had not previously met, Max G. She commented how friendly and warm his personality his, how comfortable she was speaking with him and genuinely felt respected and appreciated as a valued customer and more importantly, as a person. Again, all of the advisors we have worked with over the years have been wonderful but Max is just one of those people you want to know. She will most likely be asking for him by name on her future visits.

Like everyone else who orders new from Ford's website. You build your car, Ford sends it out to roughly 5 local dealerships in an area. I stopped in to Joe Cotton Ford. I was interested in the 2017 Explorer. From the start, the experience was a pleasure ! There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Tom (manager) was great. He provided us with three different vehicles to drive. The experience demonstrated the difference in the three explorer packages we were interested in. The product knowledge of each vehicle model was impressive. Time was taken, with no pressure, as we drove each vehicle. We decided to purchase the 2017 Explorer Platinum. The choice was an easy and enjoyable experience. I have owned mostly European cars most of my driving life. (Mercedes, BMW, etc.) I was looking at a new Mercedes SUV. After many years of owning that brand, it was time to make a change. The new 2017 Explorer Platinum is a very impressive vehicle. It's features are very driver oriented. I use a walker to get around and have a hard time with stairs. When I pulled into the shop I told the service writer the problem I have and asked if he could put a chair in by him so I wouldn't have to go up the stairs. He said no problem and we went into the office and he brought out a chair for me. Everyone walking by said HI and was very friendly. When they were done with the car the writer came up and asked how I wanted to pay. I told him with a credit card and gave it to him. He said I will be right back, he was back in less tan 2 minutes with the paper for me to sign. Took care of that and thanked him. Just can't beat that for service!!
